Sam's 4th month

This is a big month for Samantha! A major holiday,
her first nights away from home
and her dedication service at church. So...here we go!

This was Sam's first bite of cereal. Until this point, she had only had breast milk.

Well, another month gone and Samantha is more active and growing faster than ever!

She went for her first shots on October 15. She did well, Brandon did not. He doesn't like shots and thought Sam was just pitiful.





Then Sam was still a little angry about the shots so she stuck her tongue out at me!

Samantha has arrived!

Well, it has been 5 weeks since the big day and I'm just now getting this on here. Being a mommy has definitely put everything else on the back burner!

Here's the story: My water broke at 4:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 13 - Samantha's due date. We got to St. Mary's around 5:30 and waited for Dr. Vick to arrive. Of course, Sam was still breech, so I was taken into the operating room for a C-section. Samantha was born at 7:35, weighed 9 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 22 inches long. One of Sam's hospital pics

We spent 3 days at the hospital and came home on Saturday night. Life is definitely different, but we are enjoying it.After Samantha's first church setvice
